Alta Asset Management in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a licensed real estate agent to support our acquisition efforts by sourcing deals, building relationships, and managing transactions from initial contact through closing. This is a salary-based role within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify on-market and off-market deals.
• Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and wholesalers.
• Review deals at a high level (pricing, comps, potential).
• Assist with basic zoning and property research.
• Submit offers and assist with negotiations.
• Manage transactions through closing.
• Maintain and track an active pipeline of deals.
• Provide regular updates on deal activity.
