1. This will be a weekend position! You must be comfortable working 10-hour days on Saturday and Sunday, plus two weekdays.
2. You must have real estate acquisition experience, including a track record of closing deals, understanding contracts, communicating with distressed homeowners, overcoming objections, and a basic understanding of property comparables.

This is a full-time W2 role with six-figure earning potential, combining a small base salary with healthy commissions. It's a high-volume sales role.
