Compensation: $50-60k with 2k per house purchased.

Work Model: Hybrid. Work from home with required on-site property visits.

Responsibilities

You will negotiate pricing and terms to create win‑win outcomes and close deals efficiently. You will conduct property site visits and in‑person meetings to assess value, repairs, and offer structure. You will collaborate closely with title, legal, construction, and operations teams to move transactions forward.

Qualifications

You bring 4 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a performance‑based environment. You are self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven, with strong ownership over your work and outcomes. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and are comfortable building rapport and closing deals. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. You are flexible and willing to meet clients during evenings or weekends when needed.
