Qualifications

• Prior accounting/administrative experience, including AP/AR or bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoice processing, approvals, documentation, and vendor setup.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice tracking and tenant communications.
• Assist with security deposits, insurance docs, and property-related accounting tasks.
• Serve as a resource for tenants and vendors on accounting questions.
• Partner with Property Accountants to gather information for month-end close.
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple properties.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
