The position requires prior AP and accounting experience, with preference for commercial real estate knowledge and Yardi, Excel, and QuickBooks proficiency. This role emphasizes accuracy and timely closes.

Qualifications

• At least some accounts payable and accounting experience.
• Commercial real estate/property accounting experience preferred.
• Experience handling multiple ledgers or entities is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks is expected.
• Yardi experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable functions and AP processes.
• Review, code, enter, and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with payments.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and accounting team.
• Oversee full accounting for about six property ledgers.
