Job summary

The Muransky Companies in Boardman, OH is seeking a Real Estate Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting across our corporate real estate and property portfolio. You will manage GL, month-end closes, and property-level reporting to support executive decision making.

Responsibilities include lease and asset tracking, intercompany reconciliations, budgeting support, and ensuring GAAP compliance. This is an in-office, full-time role with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger management.
• Strong financial reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare property-level financial statements and month-end closes.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts across multiple entities.
• Track depreciation, acquisitions/dispositions, and tenant improvements.
• Process tenant billings and vendor invoices; monitor collections.
• Support annual budgets and audits; assist with tax reporting.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows.
