Qualifications

• Experience in real estate accounting, property accounting, or a related accounting role.
• Yardi experience required; QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Understanding of tenant billing, lease terms, CAM reconciliations, and billbacks preferred
• Strong accounting fundamentals with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant billing, billbacks, construction‑related charges, and one‑time billing items
• Maintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate and timely billing
• Review lease abstracts and support new lease setup and activation
• Assist with CAM reconciliations and annual tenant billing adjustments
• Support tenant move‑in and move‑out accounting and documentation
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month‑end accounting activities
• Partner with property management and leasing teams to resolve accounting and tenant‑related items
• Provide additional support across property accounting functions as needed
