Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Five years of software development or commensurate skills.
• Hands‑on experience managing and developing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Proficiency with C#/.NET and building distributed, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and guidance on design best practices and implementation strategies.
• Set end‑to‑end technical direction including technology choices, patterns, and infrastructure strategy.
• Lead and develop people: manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, conduct 1:1s, support career development.
• Cultivate ownership, experimentation, continuous improvement, and AI‑augmented engineering.
• Lead modernization of legacy applications and data platforms into a cloud‑native AWS environment.
• Integrate AI‑assisted development practices into engineering workflows.
