Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to transport ready mix concrete to construction projects and company facilities. The role requires safe operation of mixer trucks, timely deliveries to industrial and residential sites, and adherence to supervisor instructions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of mixer truck experience preferred, and a valid CDL A or B license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience driving mixer truck preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and must maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload equipment of materials.
• Monitor gauges during operation of vehicle.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow all company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Obey dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
• Ensure product quality to the best of ability.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to supervisor.
• Keep vehicle clean and in orderly condition.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
