Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to transport ready mix concrete to construction projects and company facilities. The role involves operating mixer trucks in industrial and residential areas, performing inspections, and adhering to safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years mixer truck driving experience, and a valid CDL A or B license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience driving mixer trucks.
• Valid CDL A or B license required.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with proper documentation per DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload materials for ready mix operations.
• Monitor gauges and operate the mixer truck safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
