Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to move ready mix concrete to projects and company facilities around San Antonio. You will operate mixer trucks safely, delivering to industrial and residential sites with reliability.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, loading/unloading, logs, and compliance with DOT guidelines. A high school diploma or GED and a CDL A/B are preferred; 2 years mixer truck experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and CDL A or B.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience driving mixer truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload equipment of materials.
• Monitor gauges during operation of vehicle.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow all company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Obey dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
• Ensure product quality to the best of ability.
• Perform basic vehicle servicing and refer major problems to supervision.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Attend work as scheduled and perform other duties as assigned.
