Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, seeks a Ready Mix Driver to transport concrete to construction sites and company facilities, operating mixer trucks and maintaining logs. This role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and adherence to DOT rules.

The successful candidate will hold a CDL A or B, have at least 3 years of truck driving experience, and be capable of reading blueprints and following instructions. teamwork and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years experience driving truck with similar weight preferred.
• Valid CDL A or CDL B license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with DOT documentation.
• Load and unload equipment of materials.
• Monitor gauges during operation of vehicle.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and dispatch instructions.
• Assure product quality and assist with minor maintenance.
• Keep vehicle clean and in orderly condition.
• Attend as required and work with team on duties.
