Job summary

The Ready Mix Driver role involves operating mixer trucks, delivering to industrial and residential sites, and following supervisor instructions with minimal supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL A or B license (hazmat preferred), and a minimum of 3 years of truck driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving trucks with similar weight.
• Must hold a valid CDL A or CDL B license; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport ready mix concrete to construction sites and facilities.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Load/unload materials and monitor vehicle gauges.
• Adhere to safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance needs.
• Assist co-workers as needed and maintain attendance.
