Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly workforce, including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct hourly employee performance reviews.
• Maintain plant housekeeping, safety policies, and environmental compliance per regulations.
• Control and minimize plant costs while ensuring consistent product quality.
• Manage raw material inventories and ensure adequate stock for operations.
• Oversee automation of batch plant operation and optimization of control parameters.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
