Qualifications

• Must supervise hourly workforce and make hiring/directing/training decisions as needed.
• 3+ years of experience in plant production or operations.
• Proficient in basic computer and MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• supervise the hourly workforce and provide direction and discipline as needed.
• Conduct hourly employee performance reviews.
• Maintain plant housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Control and minimize plant costs while ensuring quality.
• Manage raw material inventories and order supplies to keep the batch plant running.
• Understand Ginco batch interface and optimize control parameters for inventory accuracy.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair equipment as needed.
