Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a ready-mix truck driver to deliver concrete products to customers across our North America network. You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage delivery tickets, and communicate with dispatch daily.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a willingness to work in varied weather conditions. CDL-A/B is required and safety is a top priority.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

• Ensure accurate delivery tickets and maintain communication with dispatch.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

What Are We Looking For

Conditions of Employment

• Must hold current CDL-B or CDL-A

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
