Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a reliable Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites, and to represent SRM with professionalism on every job site. You’ll be home daily with a safety‑minded, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols and maintain delivery/vehicle records.
