SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck with a Class A or B CDL, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries while delivering top-tier customer service at every site.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and representing SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willing to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols and maintain records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and assist with plant/yards as needed.
