GFT Ready Mix in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Ready Mix Order Taker - Shipper to handle order intake and shipment coordination. This on-site role supports our plant operations and drivers, using the Command Series system to enter orders and print tickets.

We value a customer-focused person with at least two years in dispatch or call-center settings, familiarity with Command software, and the ability to work weekends. The company offers weekly pay and a strong benefits package after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, dispatching, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 40+ WPM.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers via Command Series software and input into system.
• Assist customers in identifying proper products for end uses.
• Print tickets and ship orders using the Command System for plants.
• Review schedules and orders to anticipate trucking demands.
• Complete required daily reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
