GFT Ready Mix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Ready Mix Order Taker - Shipper to handle order taking and shipping for our plants. This on-site role supports the deployment of our ready mix products with a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include taking and inputting orders, printing tickets, and coordinating shipments while reviewing schedules to anticipate trucking demands and completing daily reports. Prior dispatching experience is preferred.

We are seeking an experiencedReady Mix Order Taker - Shipperwho is responsible for order taking and shipping to facilitate the deployment of our goods and services. Prior ready mix dispatching experience preferred.

Location:

100% on-site – Phoenix, AZ 85043

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday availability, typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Job Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking orders from customers via Command Series Software, input orders into the system as they are requested and help assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses.
• Complete order intake and assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses.
• Print Tickets and ship orders using the Command System for plants.
• Constantly review schedules and customer orders throughout the day to anticipate business trucking demands.
• Complete required daily reports.
