Job summary

GFT Ready Mix is seeking experienced Ready Mix Drivers for our Arizona team. This full-time role requires operating a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix concrete while maintaining safety and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must possess a valid Arizona CDL and have at least 6 months of ready mix experience.

Schedule

• Local driving routes – home daily

Requirements

At least 6+ months of prior ready mix experience is required and the following would be required to work for GFT:

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Arizona Class A or B CDL or the ability to transfer an out‑of‑state CDL to Arizona
• 1+ years of CDL driving experience required
• Must have a safe driving record
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safety conscious
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including the ability to work overtime, nights and/or weekends as needed
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Position Summary

The Ready Mix Driver safely operates a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, and construction job sites throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding communities. Drivers are expected to maintain a strong safety mindset, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
