GFT Ready Mix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Ready Mix Order Taker - Shipper to handle order taking and shipping for our plants. This on-site role supports the deployment of our ready mix products with a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include taking and inputting orders, printing tickets, and coordinating shipments while reviewing schedules to anticipate trucking demands and completing daily reports. Prior dispatching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior ready mix dispatching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers via Command Series Software.
• Input orders into the system as requested.
• Print tickets and ship orders using the Command System for plants.
• Review schedules and customer orders to anticipate trucking demands.
• Complete required daily reports.
• Assist customers in identifying proper products for specific end uses.
