Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Manager to supervise mix batch plant operations, sales support, and customer satisfaction. You will manage staffing, batching, driver relations, and the financial performance of assigned projects.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, meeting deadlines, and maintaining cost controls while ensuring top-tier customer service and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ACI Level 1 Field Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale project management, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
• Coordinate batching operations, drivers, and customers to ensure efficient, safe production and load-out.
• Monitor quality control testing and submittals within required timeframes.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory forecasts.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain strong customer relations and project success.
