Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a dependable concrete delivery driver to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver to customer sites across Alabama. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document findings, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding quality standards.

The role requires a valid CDL with a clean driving record, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.

• Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
