Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a reliable driver to operate ready-mix concrete trucks, delivering product to customer sites across assigned routes. You will perform regular vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery records, and uphold stringent safety and quality standards on every shift.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate safe driving, strong communication with dispatch and customers, and flexibility to handle varying schedules and job-site conditions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate ready-mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness
• Load, transport, and discharge concrete in accordance with delivery specifications
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records and uphold safety and quality standards

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $26.79 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
