Ampact is looking for dedicated individuals to join as Reading Tutors. In this role, you'll spend your days helping students improve their reading skills in local schools. You’ll provide personalized support through structured tutoring sessions, ensuring students gain confidence and proficiency.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, possess basic computer skills, and be fluent in English. Full-time positions are available with a 35-hour work week and scheduled hours aligned with school timings. Experience in tutoring or education is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow instructions and improve based on feedback.
• Dependable with a history of good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure student support.
• Track student progress and meet with the school's coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
