Job summary

Ampact is looking for dedicated Reading Tutors to support students at local schools through Reading Corps. In this role, you'll provide personalized assistance, leading tutoring sessions to enhance reading skills and ensure students thrive academically.

This position requires you to track student progress while collaborating with on-site coaches, all while developing your own skills through training. Interested candidates should have a high school diploma, be 18+, and be fluent in English. Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult who's focused on helping children thrive.
• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
