Job summary

Big Ideas Educational Services in Florida is seeking a Reading Certified Project-Based Learning Teacher to deliver standards-aligned reading through project-based learning. You will work with the Instructional Coach and Site Coordinator to differentiate instruction and monitor student progress.

You will analyze data to plan instruction, communicate with families, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom that supports literacy, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required.
• Florida Reading or Elementary Certificate required.
• 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with project-based learning and literacy instruction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reading instruction aligned with standards and PBL approach.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Administer and monitor assessments; use data to guide planning.
• Collaborate with Instructional Coach and Site Coordinator on curriculum and instruction.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Maintain organized records and safe classroom environments.
