Horry County Schools at Ten Oaks Elementary in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Reading Interventionist to provide high-level literacy experiences to struggling readers and implement district Tier II/III programs. The teacher will deliver focused intervention, assess progress, communicate with parents and staff, and maintain records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
State certifications in Elementary/Reading, Middle Level English Language Arts, or Secondary English per SC guidelines.
Ability to implement, assess, and monitor reading interventions and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

Deliver Tier II/III reading intervention with fidelity.
Administer and interpret assessment data to guide instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with staff and families.
Use technology to support instruction.
Manage classroom routines and support positive behavior.
