• Coordinate assessments, monitor progress and use data to guide instruction.
• Provide intervention to struggling students and extend classroom teaching.
• Lead professional development and coach teachers to implement effective strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of Virginia SOL curriculum standards in reading.
• Attend monthly collaboration meetings with teachers and staff.
