Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder with teaching credentials.
• Three years of successful teaching experience.
• Holds or is eligible for a Virginia Postgraduate Professional License.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess student strengths and needs to support reading intervention.
• Coordinate assessments and monitor progress with data.
• Provide intervention to struggling students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to align with curriculum.
• Lead professional development and coach teachers.
• Maintain knowledge of Virginia Standards of Learning in subject area.
• Attend required training and monthly collaboration meetings.
