Job summary

SST Spring in Spring, TX is seeking an Interventionist Teacher to work with small groups of students who need reading and math support. You will use Universal Screening, Direct Instruction, progress monitoring, and data to drive instruction to close gaps within one school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution required.
• State teaching certification preferred or eligible.
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach CSI small groups to address reading and math gaps.
• Coordinate with general education teachers to support students.
• Implement state standards and PLTW/Honors/AP curricula.
• Submit weekly lesson plans and track progress.
• Communicate student progress to families weekly.
• Establish a behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins and after-school duties.
• Engage in district and school learning and development.
