Spectrum is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Reading Interventionist to join our academic support team. This position plays an essential role in helping students achieve success in reading by implementing screening assessments, targeted interventions, and monitoring progress toward learning goals. Working under the direction of the Instructional Program Manager, the Interventionist facilitates screening assessments and provides small-group and individual instructional support to students identified for tiered interventions.
