Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum and TEA guidelines.
• Plan instructional strategies and use materials that meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction based on results.
• Collaborate with staff to meet IEP requirements and district goals.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers as needed.
