• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• 5+ years in data analysis, process improvement, and readiness forecasting.
• Strong ability to analyze operational, maintenance, or logistics data and identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Excellent communication across the chain of command, including leadership briefings to senior personnel.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Telework eligibility: remote eligible with in-person support preferred based on mission needs.

About the Role:

The Readiness Program Analyst supports naval aviation mission requirements by analyzing readiness, maintenance, and logistics data to improve aircraft availability and inform program decisions. Supporting various PMAs, this role monitors daily readiness metrics, identifies drivers of degraded mission capability, and helps leadership balance cost, schedule, and performance across sustainment activities. This role is remote eligible, with in-person support preferred based on mission needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating aircraft readiness metrics, aircraft availability, and degraded/mission-capable status.
• Analyzing BUNO-level maintenance and supply data, identifying trends and bottlenecks, and conducting root cause analysis on readiness issues such as supply delays, maintenance constraints, and component failures.
• Develops clear, decision-focused briefings and reports for leadership, translating complex material condition, maintenance cost, and schedule data into actionable insights.
• Supports coordination with internal stakeholders, depot activities, supply organizations, and engineering teams to improve aircraft turnaround times and readiness outcomes.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a closely related field, or journey-level analytical capability
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and readiness forecasting.
• Strong ability to analyze operational, maintenance, or logistics data and identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate up and down the chain of command, including delivering leadership briefings to O‑6 and higher.
• Active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Telework Eligibility: This role is remote eligible, with in‑person support preferred based on mission needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience evaluating maintenance workflows and supply chain interactions to identify waste or inefficiencies.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, maintenance personnel, and program leadership to develop targeted interventions.
• Familiarity working in a DoD compliance‑heavy environment.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and other continuous process improvement methods.
• Practical knowledge of naval aviation maintenance procedures, including the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
• Knowledge of naval aviation data systems, including DECKPLATE and AMSRR.
• Experience with dashboard development and Databricks.
• Experience developing leadership briefings and translating complex technical, maintenance, and cost data into clear executive‑level products.
• Ability to assess cost, schedule, and performance trade‑offs in support of sustainment and lifecycle planning
