About the Role: The Readiness Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting naval aviation mission requirements by providing advanced analytical insights and process improvement strategies. Operating as a key contractor supporting the Department of the Navy, this individual evaluates operational readiness data to maximize aircraft availability, identify capability gaps, and optimize resource allocation. The analyst acts as a bridge between raw maintenance data and strategic decision-making, ensuring that naval aviation programs operate at peak efficiency while adhering to strict military standards and mission objectives.
In this role, the analyst is responsible for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of program readiness metrics. This involves extracting and analyzing complex data sets from various aviation maintenance databases to identify historical trends, forecast future readiness postures, and pinpoint operational bottlenecks. The analyst will apply rigorous analytical techniques to translate this raw data into actionable intelligence, developing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings that guide program managers in their strategic planning. Furthermore, the analyst serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring that all data models and proposed solutions accurately reflect the real-world constraints and operational realities of naval aviation environments.
