Sierra is seeking a Business & Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and program management support for Navy programs. This contingent position will support the V Department and affiliated programs in other Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).
The successful candidate will leverage Government planning systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), and Integrated Business Planning and Execution System (IBPES) to deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budget execution support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights to leadership.
