Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS is required.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills are expected.
