Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Nursery Room Leader for a client with a strong commitment to exceptional childcare and outstanding outcomes for every child. You will lead a room, support colleagues, and foster a warm, empowering environment where children learn, play, and grow safely.

The role focuses on high standards of care and development, safeguarding, and providing ongoing training and progression opportunities in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
