Job summary

Greville House Care Home in Richmond, part of Agincare, is seeking bank staff to maintain a clean, welcoming environment without direct care duties. You will help keep communal areas safe, dust and polish residents' rooms, and contribute to high hygiene standards while bringing warmth to residents.

We offer £14.80 per hour, refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*), career development with funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• This is a bank position so you must be able to work as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents rooms to a high standard.
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts—smiles, chats, and friendly presence.
