Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is helping to recruit a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner for an Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting. You will support children's development, encourage independence and deliver activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles.

The role is term-time with a warm, nurturing environment, offering training and development opportunities and a chance to join an award-winning nursery group.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years qualification or above required.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting preferred.
• Knowledge of EYFS and child development essential.
• Interest in Montessori principles and child-led learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive care throughout the nursery day.
• Create experiences that encourage independence and curiosity.
• Support children to make choices and develop confidence.
• Plan age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.

£13.80 per hour | 40 Hours per Week | Term Time | Outstanding Ofsted

Part of an award-winning nursery group, this Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting combines high standards of Early Years care with the principles of Montessori education. The nursery provides a calm and nurturing environment, with beautiful grounds giving children plenty of opportunities to connect with nature, explore outdoors and develop their curiosity through real experiences.

As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to support children’s individual development, encouraging them to make choices, build confidence and become increasingly independent.

What We’re Looking For

• A
• full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the
