Job summary

Springfield Nursery in Manitoba is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will hold a full Early Years Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) and contribute to planning and delivering engaging play and learning activities.

You will work as part of a team, communicate with parents through daily and written feedback, and uphold safeguarding standards including an enhanced DBS and references.

• Must hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2 or above).
• Confident in delivering high quality play and learning activities.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our Team. Successful applicants will need to hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2 or above) and will need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business.

You must be hardworking, motivated, love the outdoors and be passionate about working within an early years environment. You will be working as part of a team so it is essential that you have good communication skills.

You will be expected to plan and deliver high quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities. You will carry out key person responsibilities and communicate effectively with parents through daily and written feedback and have sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
