Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a Good Ofsted-rated nursery. The setting is purpose-built with bright learning spaces alongside exceptional outdoor facilities that encourage exploration, creativity, and active play.

You will provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, support play-based activities, and help children grow physically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities.
  • Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through indoor and outdoor learning.
  • Observe and support children's individual development and progress.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Promote children's emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery practice.

Our client is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. Outdoor learning is a key part of daily life at the nursery, giving children the opportunity to develop physically, socially, and emotionally through hands-on experiences. What We're Looking For
