Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Support Worker in Morton to help individuals live more independent and meaningful lives. You will provide person-centred support, personal care, and build lasting connections with those you support.

You’ll assist with activities, follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote safety and wellbeing. Full funded training up to QCF Level 5 is provided, with opportunities for career development.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Services in Morton to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
