careyourway is seeking flexible full-time, evening and weekend support staff to join our award-winning care team. No experience needed and full training is provided.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be visiting people in their homes - from 30 mins check-ups to longer visits. You will assist with meals, hydration, personal care, light house duties, companionship and more.

• Outstanding Levels of pay from £14.75 to £16.50 per hour, plus travel time and mileage paid between visits

• On joining our team, you will receive paid training to obtain a industry-recognised Care Certificate, you will shadow experienced team member whilst you learn on the go.
• Flexible Working Patterns
• We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, weekend and evening staff. Full-time hours will normally include one weekend cover every two weeks.
• There are often overtime opportunities, these are voluntary. We offer double pay on Christmas & Boxing Day and time and a half on other UK bank holidays.
• Holiday Pay
• We offer 5.6 weeks paid holiday for full-time team members. Part-time, weekend/evening team members are pro-rata.
