Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a warehouse associate to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pick and prepare orders for packing and shipping, and enter data into the WMS. You will verify stock, ensure accuracy, and convey orders to packing and shipping.

The role requires forklift certification, safe work practices, and clear English communication. Shift is 2nd, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in distribution/warehouse; 6 months to 1 year on sit-down forklift, reach truck and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communication, good record-keeping, good listening, accurate measurement, and ability to speak English.
• Ability to work safely and conscientiously.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders and prep for packing or shipping.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble orders and place on pallets.
• Enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock and order accuracy; convey picked orders to packing/shipping areas.
