Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to operate powered industrial trucks for loading, unloading, and stocking finished products.

You will pick, pack, and move orders within a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing a Warehouse Management System and following safety procedures. The role involves receiving, putaway, packing, labeling, and ensuring accurate placement of products in designated locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping and listening skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble customer orders and place orders on pallets.
• Keys orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS) and verifies stock availability.
• Conveys picked orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Receive product, open crates, inspect items, apply labels, and verify shading.
• Move product into designated warehouse locations and ensure accuracy of inventory.
