Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pick and pack customer orders, and perform receiving and putaway in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include using the WMS, verifying stock, packing boxes, labeling, and loading for shipping. Candidates should have 1+ year warehouse experience and strong safety practices. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills; ability to understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey to packing/shipping areas.
• Receipt and putaway of products; inspect crates and apply labels as required.
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Pack, label, and load boxes for shipping; ensure correct routing in WMS.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; report issues to supervisor.
