Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is hiring for a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support loading, unloading, and moving finished products within the warehouse. The role involves operating sit-down, stand-up/reach, and order picker forklifts, and accuracy in order picking is essential.

The position requires prior warehouse experience, the ability to work safely, and Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping and listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Ability to work in a safe, conscientious manner.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders from stock and place on pallets.
• Enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and verify stock availability.
• Convey picked orders to packing or shipping areas and ensure accuracy.
