Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and manage order picking, receiving, putaway, packing, and shipping. The role supports accurate inventory and efficient warehouse flow in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1+ year warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong English communication. Evening shift with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience.
• Six months to 1 year sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks required.
• Must be able to read, understand, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble customer orders and palletize.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System and verify stock.
• Receive product, inspect crates, and label according to procedures.
• Putaway received goods to designated locations and update inventory.
• Pack, label, and load boxes; verify orders for accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
